About Me

Retreat Leader, Melissa Hardy

After 23 years of Teaching and Coaching with Private and Public schools, I joined a team of Early Childhood Specialists contracted by the Federal Government to work with Early Childhood programs across our region. That means I am traveling for work regularly. Having a job where I am able to get out and experience cultures and diverse histories is so rewarding to me. I love exploring new places. Many of my trainings and work with schools right now focus on Staff Wellness, Mental health and self-regulation, and overcoming behaviors we find challenging.

This is the fourth retreat I am hosting. While each Retreat is a little different, the spiritual conversations and adventures that have flowed so naturally became a part of what I LOVE. As a single mother of four, and grandmother of two, I've been committed to raising children that appreciate the beautiful land we live on, and respecting all of creation. We have traveled all over the US as a family and I share many of our intricate itineraries on my webpage: savvysinglemamatravels.com. Ask me any questions. I am a bridge between where you are now and where you hope to get to.

To God be ALL the Glory and may all of creation sing his praise!

All creation bears his signature.

This page is dedicated to Yeshua Hamashiach, my Savior.

The heavens declare the glory of God; the skies proclaim the work of his hands. Day after day they pour forth speech; night after night they reveal knowledge. ~ Psalm 19

In his hands are the depth of the earth, and the mountain peaks belong to him. The sea is his, for he made it, and his hands formed the dry land. ~ Psalm 95

For since the creation of the world God's invisible qualities his divine power and divine nature have been clearly seen, being understood from what has been made, so that people are without excuse. ~ Romans 1:20
